Halle Berry reveals post baby slimming secrets

Halle Berry showed off her fabulous new-mama figure (extra cleavage, included!) at the Silver Rose Gala and Auction in Beverly Hills just six weeks after daughter Nahla Ariela was born.
How did the 41-year-old actress get her figure red-carpet ready? People.com got the scoop from her celebrity trainer, Ramona Brazaga.
Brazaga, who also trains celebrities Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway, reports that Berry works out for one hour, five days a week. Her training sessions include three cardio segments consisting of the elliptical machine, as well as kickboxing and hill climbing. She also combined a strength-training routine with leg and abdominal/core work. Whew, I’m tired just thinking of it!
Of course, exercise alone can’t get you in red carpet shape. Berry’s diet consists of “vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates.” She also keeps herself hydrated by drinking water.
