When you're hungry and in a hurry, we know it's so easy to pick up something from a fast food drive-thru. But we didn't realize how fatty some of these quickie meals were! Here's a look at the fat and calorie count of the most popular fare at five national chains.

McDonald's Quarter Pounder with cheese: 530 calories, 30 grams fat

McDonald's Big Mac: 590 calories, 34 grams fat

McDonald's fries (small): 210 calories, 10 grams fat

Burger King Whopper with cheese: 795 calories, 53 grams fat

Burger King fries (small): 230 calories, 11 grams fat

Wendy's Big Bacon Classic: 570 calories, 29 grams fat

Wendy's fries (medium): 390 calories, 17 grams fat

Taco Bell Burrito Supreme® with Chicken: 410 calories, 16 grams fat

Taco Bell Nachos: 320 calories, 18 grams fat

Jack in the Box Jumbo Jack® with cheese: 690 calories, 38 grams fat

Jack in the Box Seasoned Curly Fries: 400 calories, 23 grams fat

If you have to get fast food, grilled chicken sandwiches with minimal mayonnaise or "sauce" are good, or try the salads – with the dressing on the side so you can add just as much as you need.
