The same rules of etiquette apply to pregnant bellies as to non-pregnant bellies. In the office or at a house of worship, a measure of discretion is best. But on the beach or in a park, bare as much as you dare! If cropped or rolled up shirts or tankini tops are your style, go for it!

Pregnancy is a wonderful, miraculous experience, and times are long gone when a woman should be embarrassed or feel the need to camouflage her blossoming belly. Evolving with the times and changing social attitudes, maternity designers are now styling their lines with shorter and tighter-fitting tops and under-the-belly waistbands.
