Craving something cool and sweet this summer? Strawberries might fit the bill — and they're good for you and baby, too! According to the California Strawberry Commission, just eight strawberries provide a full 20% of the folic acid you need each day and provide more vitamin C than an orange. For a quick strawberry smoothie, add one cup strawberries (frozen if you can get them), 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, one cup of milk, and a few ice cubes to a blender. Whirl them together for about 30 seconds, and then pour yourself a luscious - and healthy - treat.
