I get a(round ligament pain)
by The Pregnancy Guide to the Third Trimester [www.PregnancyGuides.com]

You've probably been dealing with these sharp, stabbing pains on one or both sides of your abdomen since your first trimester. This pain arises when you strain those ligaments that support your uterus. Of course, the bigger your uterus gets, the more careful you need to be.

Some tips: Move deliberately and slowly. Cup your belly with your hands to help support your uterus when you stand up. And if you feel a cough or sneeze coming on, grab your belly and hold on tight! If you suffer more than just fleeting pain from a pulled round ligament, you may find breathing exercises, a heating pad or a warm bath helpful.
