About half your body is made up of water. Your brain is about 70 percent water, your blood is 82 percent water, and your baby (more than half water) is suspended in - you guessed it - more H20. So you know what we're going to say...

Develop a drinking habit! It’s very important for you to drink at least six to eight glasses of water or other healthy beverages each day. Carry a water bottle with you. Keep one at your desk, one at your bedside, one at your computer - anywhere you're likely to be for any length of time. Sip while you watch TV or read this site. Water is vital to your baby and you, helping to flush your systems - it even helps stave off both premature labor, constipation and headaches. So bottoms up!
